Our kitchen is focused, efficient, and structured, allowing our teams to deliver a consistently great product every time. We’re growing fast, with four new locations opening in 2025, and we need a Kitchen Manager who can lead a well-run, high-volume kitchen with precision, accountability, and strong team leadership. If you’re a hands-on kitchen leader who thrives in structured, high-volume environments and knows how to train, develop, and retain a strong back-of-house team, this is your opportunity. What You’ll Do Run a Tight, High-Efficiency Kitchen – Oversee a structured, streamlined kitchen operation focused on precision, speed, and consistency. Ensure Recipe & Process Execution – Maintain strict ingredient handling, portioning, and dough preparation standards to deliver top-quality pizza every time. Lead & Develop Your Kitchen Team – Hire, train, and retain a disciplined, accountable team that works efficiently and takes pride in their work. Maintain a Clean, Organized, & Safe Kitchen – Keep everything running smoothly, safely, and up to health code standards. Manage Inventory & Cost Control – Oversee food orders, waste control, and kitchen labor to keep costs in line. Collaborate with the GM – Partner with the General Manager to ensure seamless service, strong communication, and team alignment. Who You Are Minimum 2 years of Kitchen Shift Lead or 1 year of Kitchen Manager experience Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends A process-Driven Leader – You thrive in a structured kitchen where consistency and efficiency are top priorities. Hands-On, No-Shortcuts Kitchen Manager – You lead from the front, coaching, holding the team accountable, and setting the standard. A Strong Trainer & Motivator – You know how to build a team that stays and executes at a high level every day. A Leader Who Gets Things Done – You’re organized, proactive, and solutions-focused, keeping the kitchen running smoothly no matter what. An Experienced Kitchen Operator – You’ve led back-of-house teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment before.
